Ecosystems and biodiversity, cities and urban planning, climate change and water in the Arab world — introducing the full subjunctive system (لِكَي, verbs of volition, and impersonal necessity), with strategic reading and listening, extended writing and a complete 60-mark four-skills assessment.

P4-L01 · The Natural World — Landscapes, Ecosystems and Biodiversity

العَالَمُ الطَّبِيعِيُّ — المَنَاظِرُ الطَّبِيعِيَّةُ وَالأَنْظِمَةُ البِيئِيَّةُ وَالتَّنَوُّعُ الحَيَوِيُّ

Describe ecosystems with يَضُمُّ and يُشَكِّلُ, weigh threats with both conditional types, and introduce the purpose subjunctive: لِكَي + a verb with the final fatḥa.

البِيئَاتُ الحَضَرِيَّةُ — المُدُنُ وَالعِمَارَةُ وَالتَّخْطِيطُ العُمْرَانِيُّ

Analyse cities with مَبْنِيٌّ مِنْ, the urban passive (يُبْنَى، يُخَطَّطُ) and the planning verbs يُعِيدُ تَصْمِيمَ / يُجَدِّدُ / يُحَوِّلُ إِلَى, and set goals with لِكَي + subjunctive.
