Likes, Dislikes and Preferences

Move beyond naming subjects: say how strongly you feel, ask another learner, compare two choices and report a small class survey in connected Arabic.

Turn subject names into real opinions

You already know subjects, timetable language and classroom objects. Now you will use that knowledge to communicate personal choices precisely.

By the end, I can…
  • Show degree with جِدًّا، كَثِيرًا، قَلِيلًا.
  • Ask one male or female listener about preferences.
  • Compare two subjects with
  • Report another person’s opinion and write a connected profile.
A complete answer

A strong response contains the subject, degree or comparison, and a reason when appropriate.

Ask · listen · respond

Ask another learner about preferences

The question changes with the listener. The answer returns to first-person language.

One male listener
One female listener
Answer in the first person

Common mistake

The speaker’s gender does not choose تُحِبُّ / تُحِبِّينَ. The listener’s gender controls the question ending.
