The subjunctive is the mood of every desired or required action, so it extends beyond P4's core triggers. يَصِرُّ عَلَى أَنْ تَحْصُلَ (insists she attains), يُطَالِبُ بِأَنْ تُوَقِّعَ (demands they sign), يَدْعُو إِلَى أَنْ يَتَغَيَّرَ (calls for it to change) — each verb after the trigger keeps its final fatḥa.
يَصِرُّ takes عَلَى, يُطَالِبُ takes بِـ, and يَدْعُو takes إِلَى — all before أَنْ: يَصِرُّ عَلَى أَنْ, يُطَالِبُ بِأَنْ, يَدْعُو إِلَى أَنْ. Getting the preposition right is part of the accuracy mark.
