1. Human plurals
Human plurals normally take plural agreement that reflects gender. Masculine human plurals use masculine plural adjectives; feminine human plurals use feminine plural adjectives.

2. Non-human plurals
A plural referring to things, animals or abstract items is normally treated as feminine singular for adjective agreement.
كُتُبٌ جَدِيدَةٌ
مَدَارِسُ كَبِيرَةٌ
حَقَائِبُ ثَقِيلَةٌ
كِلَابٌ صَغِيرَةٌ
مَدَارِسُ كَبِيرَةٌ
حَقَائِبُ ثَقِيلَةٌ

3. Correcting a dangerous misconception
Human plurals do not generally take feminine singular agreement. Therefore طُلَّابٌ كَسُولَةٌ is incorrect for “lazy male students”. Use طُلَّابٌ كُسَالَى or another suitable human-plural adjective form.
Use the decision: human or non-human first; then select gender and number.
