Travel verbs bring three challenges at once: hollow stems, fixed prepositions, and a clean switch to the future. Deal with them one at a time.

زَارَ shortens to زُرْـ and takes a direct object.
أَقَامَ shortens to أَقَمْـ and is fixed with فِي.
سَـ attaches directly to the present verb.

Before a consonant suffix the long middle vowel shortens. The bare هُوَ form keeps the long vowel.

Each verb keeps its own preposition, and the noun after it is genitive.
سَـ + present verb / سَوْفَ + present verb
سَـ attaches directly to the verb; سَوْفَ stands separately and is slightly more emphatic.
كَانَ مِنْ أَجْمَلِ + genitive plural
مِنْ plus a superlative introduces the group the thing belongs to; the noun after the superlative is genitive.

زَارَ، أَقَامَ and عَادَ all carry a long vowel in the middle. Before a consonant suffix it shortens: زُرْتُ، أَقَمْتُ، عُدْنَا. This is the same rule you met with قَالَ in Lesson 4.
Narrate what happened in the past, then switch cleanly to سَـ or سَوْفَ for what you plan next. Examiners reward this contrast, but only when each tense stays where it belongs.

Shorten the hollow stem
Repair the past verb so its middle vowel shortens before the suffix.زَارْتُ المَتْحَفَ فِي الصَّبَاحِ.
زَارَ + تُ ← ؟زَارَ belongs to the u family, giving زُرْتُ.
Add the missing preposition
Repair the sentence so اسْتَمْتَعَ takes its fixed preposition.اسْتَمْتَعْنَا الرِّحْلَةَ كَثِيرًا.
اسْتَمْتَعَ + ؟اسْتَمْتَعَ is fixed with بِـ and the noun becomes genitive.
Switch the clause to the future
Rewrite the past clause as a future plan.عُدْتُ إِلَى تِلْكَ المَدِينَةِ.
