Use يُوجَدُ and تُوجَدُصِفْ مَا يُوجَدُ فِي الغُرْفَةِ
The verb agrees with the grammatical gender of the item that follows.

فِي غُرْفَتِي سَرِيرٌ وَخِزَانَةٌ.
You may omit the verb in a simple location sentence. The meaning remains “In my room there is a bed and a wardrobe.”
فِي الغُرْفَةِ تُوجَدُ كَرَاسِي كَثِيرَةٌ.
Non-human plurals commonly behave as feminine singular for agreement, so تُوجَدُ and a feminine singular adjective are used.
