The underlying nominal sentence remains, but the first part changes case.
Pattern: إِنَّ + اسْمَهَا الْمَنْصُوبَ + خَبَرَهَا الْمَرْفُوعَ

Do not move both endings: the predicate does not become accusative simply because إِنَّ appears.

إِنَّ at the start; أَنَّ inside a larger sentence
The two particles share grammar but serve different linking roles.
