لِلاِسْتِمَاعِ خُطَّةٌ وَاضِحَةٌ. سَأُرَاجِعُ الأَرْقَامَ وَالأَوْقَاتِ وَالأَمَاكِنَ لِأَنَّهَا تَتَكَرَّرُ فِي كُلِّ وَرَقَةٍ. أَثْنَاءَ الاِمْتِحَانِ سَأَقْرَأُ السُّؤَالَ فِي الصَّمْتِ الَّذِي يَسْبِقُ المَقْطَعَ، وَأَتَوَقَّعُ نَوْعَ الإِجَابَةِ: وَقْتٌ أَمْ مَكَانٌ أَمْ سَبَبٌ. ثُمَّ أُرَكِّزُ عَلَى الكَلِمَةِ المِفْتَاحِيَّةِ وَأَكْتُبُ إِجَابَةً قَصِيرَةً وَدَقِيقَةً. إِذَا فَاتَتْنِي إِجَابَةٌ، أَنْتَقِلُ وَأَعُودُ إِلَيْهَا لِأَنَّ التَّسْجِيلَ يُعَادُ. بِهَذِهِ الطَّرِيقَةِ أَتَجَنَّبُ فُقْدَانَ الدَّرَجَاتِ.
