يَقُولُ الطَّالِبُ: قُمْنَا بِرِحْلَةٍ مَدْرَسِيَّةٍ إِلَى المَتْحَفِ يَوْمَ الخَمِيسِ. غَادَرْنَا المَدْرَسَةَ فِي الثَّامِنَةِ صَبَاحًا بِالحَافِلَةِ. كُنَّا خَمْسَةً وَعِشْرِينَ طَالِبًا وَمُعَلِّمَيْنِ. كَانَ الطَّقْسُ مُمْطِرًا فِي البِدَايَةِ، لٰكِنَّهُ تَحَسَّنَ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ. أَعْجَبَنَا قِسْمُ الآثَارِ القَدِيمَةِ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ قِسْمِ العُلُومِ. وَعُدْنَا إِلَى البَيْتِ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ مُتْعَبِينَ لٰكِنْ سُعَدَاءَ.
