يَسُودُ المَنَاخُ الصَّحْرَاوِيُّ الجَافُّ فِي دَاخِلِ بَعْضِ الدُّوَلِ العَرَبِيَّةِ، وَيُشَارُ إِلَى أَنَّ فَتَرَاتِ الجَفَافِ أَصْبَحَتْ أَطْوَلَ. وَنَتِيجَةً لِذٰلِكَ، يَزْدَادُ الضَّغْطُ عَلَى المِيَاهِ الجَوْفِيَّةِ. يَقْتَرِحُ الخَبِيرُ إِعَادَةَ اسْتِخْدَامِ المِيَاهِ وَتَرْشِيدَ الاسْتِهْلَاكِ.
